What we do
We design communication strategies, user experiences and visual identity systems for purpose driven organisations looking to make a difference in the world.
A logo is not a brand. A brand is a reputation formed over time by product, practise and communications. It’s about positioning a meaningful offering, clearly articulating how you deliver value, and living up to it.
Our approach
How we think and
approach our work.
Phase 1
Intentions & planning
It’s seldom as simple as it seems. Before work starts, the desired outcome and route towards achieving it must be made clear and aligned on. This phase involves workshops, research and planning.
Phase 2
Structures & execution
With the intention defined, work is broken up into actionable steps and tasks are delegated to the relevant parties for execution. This phase involves defining milestones and putting pen to paper.
Phase 3
Growth & development
The more established we become, the more complex we can be. With the foundations set, sub-brands, new products, and/or new businesses can form while maintaining a connection to the core identity.
What we deliver
Business, positioning
& marketing strategy
Taking a new product, service or programme to market, or launching a startup; we work with founders, product owners and department leads to formulate the plan and communications to best position and articulate value to the relevant audience(s) effectively.
User experiences
& web development
Conveying information in an understandable manner is not a matter of what you have to say, or the importance thereof. Rather, being understood and appreciated comes down to how a message is delivered. Complex information requires simple explanation. It should also look good.
Visual identities
& company collateral
Identities work best as a system. A well-designed identity should yield a visual language that enables assets to be recognisable without a logo necessarily being visible. Strategic direction ensures that appearances are in line with (or counter to) industry norms.
Doing good is good for business.
Let's make the world a better place together.
